Right of withdrawal upon delivery of products – SDC Merchandise Shop

  1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the contract without giving any reason for at least fourteen (14) days. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product by or on your behalf, the consumer. You can register a return by notifying us via email and then have 14 days to return the product.
  2. During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to SDC Merchandise Shop in accordance with reasonableness.
  3. We will refund the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after you have notified that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. Pay attention! You must return the product to our SDC Merchandise Shop. Returning the package is done on your own responsibility. You can choose with which sender you return the package or that you return the package yourself. During the return, you as a consumer bear the risk of loss or damage. If the product is already damaged during receipt, we recommend that you first contact us and provide proof of the damage by emailing info@shopsdc.com by means of photos.
Explanation of right of withdrawal

We will return the full purchase amount to you as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after you have notified that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. Pay attention! You must return the product to SDC Merchandise Shop. The return costs are for your own account.
Product and packaging as much as possible in their original condition
If you buy a product and you are not sure that you want to keep the product, we recommend that you handle the product and packaging with care. If you DO make use of your right of withdrawal, you as a consumer must deliver the product and packaging to us in the original condition as much as is reasonably possible.

We kindly request you to enclose the return form with the product to be returned. Please state your IBAN number (if this has to be credited). This is because we will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
You can also use the withdrawal return form to indicate that you are canceling the purchase. You will receive the form from us after notification of the returns.
