RETURNS
You have a period of 14 days to return the product without stating reasons, starting on the day that the good came into physical possession of you or a third party designated by you and not the carrier. The product can only be returned unused and in its original packaging. This means that all labels must be attached to the garment in their original condition (if applicable) and that the garment must be in its original packaging.
You must submit a return request in writing by post or e-mail info@shopsdc.com before you return the item (s).
NOTE: We cannot take back worn (the product may of course be fitted) or otherwise damaged or heavily creased clothing, unless there is a manufacturing defect. The clothing must also not contain any signs of wear, such as sweat, smoke, perfume or cooking smells. Erotic products such as toys, etc. cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. The seal sticker must not be open. We therefore reserve the right to refuse return shipments if it is suspected that the products have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own. This also applies if the products have been mishandled. The return form must be enclosed. We will send you the return form after we have received a return request by post or e-mail. Note: Make sure that your clothes are clean, sweaty and do not smell of perfume or deodorant. Or don’t leave the clothes in a smoking or cooking room for days. We also do not return clothing that smells like detergent, after all this means that you have washed (and therefore worn) the clothing.
Custom work cannot be returned; articles printed differently than just with the SDC logo, for example with the addition of (member) name.
The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.
If the consumer has opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the entrepreneur does not have to repay the additional costs for the more expensive method.
Do you want to return the entire order?
Items that have already been received must be returned to the return address below including the completed return form. SDC Merchandise Shop will refund the entire purchase price, excluding the calculated shipping costs.
Do you want to partially return the order?
Send the articles including the completed return form to the return address below. We will refund the amount of the returned items, excluding the calculated shipping costs, within 14 days to your return. The shipping costs for returning are always at your expense.
Orders over € 75 will be shipped free of charge. If the total invoice amount when returning items falls below € 75, the amount due will be charged. minus the shipping costs returned.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, packages sometimes get lost at PostNL. You are therefore responsible for your return arriving to us. If your package is lost and you have no proof (eg by means of a track or trace or registered mail), unfortunately we cannot process your return and you will not get your money back! Fortunately, this doesn’t happen much, but unfortunately it does happen.
Which products can never be returned?
We do NOT take the following products back due to hygiene if the packaging has been open or if present, the seal is broken :
  • Sex toys such as vibrators, cock rings, etc.
  • Strings and boxers
  • Catsuits and tights
  • Condoms, lubricants, massage oils and gels
  • BDSM products
  • Surprise boxes
Articles personalized with anything other than the standard SDC logo (eg a member name) cannot be returned.
When can we not take your shipment back?
  • When the items have been washed and / or worn.
  • If there are food stains, makeup stains, body odors or cigarette smells on the items.
  • Bodies, briefs and bottoms that are appropriate without underwear and the traces of this are clearly visible (always wear a slip while trying on).
  • The items do not come with a completed return form.
  • If you have tried to fix a defect yourself.
  • You have not followed the washing and / or usage instructions.
  • The items do not have undamaged original labels and product packaging.
  • The shipment is not sufficiently stamped.
Exchange
You cannot exchange an item directly through our webshop. However, you can return the item to be replaced and order the desired item and have it delivered. You do have to pay for the new order, because unfortunately we cannot settle the orders with each other.
When will I get my money back?
After receipt of the goods, the money will usually be refunded within a few days after inspection of the goods.
Legitimate complaint
We naturally follow the law when handling article complaints. The legal guarantee means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it (this concerns the Dutch and not the European).
In case of a well-founded complaint (see above returns that we do not consider to be valid), we give a 30-day warranty on all items that you buy from us (does not affect the legal warranty).
There are products that offer a more extensive manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and specifications of this manufacturer’s warranty are stated in the instructions for use supplied with the product.
The manufacturer’s warranty applies without prejudice to the statutory rights of the consumer.
Defective article
Satisfied customers and service are extremely important to us. But it can always happen that an item is broken, not working properly or that there is some other problem. No problem, we are happy to solve it with you.
