Delivery time
We work together with DHL to get your package to its destination as quickly as possible. We use a standard delivery time for the Netherlands and Belgium, which you can find with the products in the shop. In the table below you will find the extra delivery time for other countries, which you must add to the standard term. So if you order a product with a standard delivery time of 3 working days to Denmark, the total (estimated *) delivery time is 3 + 3 = 6 working days in total.
The number of days of delivery in the table below are an average of DHL and may therefore differ in reality. So you may receive your package a little earlier or later, subject to current events or courier delay. SDC Shop has no influence on this after transfer of the package.
After shipment you will always receive a track & trace code with which you can track your package online. If you have further questions or if anything is unclear, please contact our customer service on 085 3033 747 or shop@sdc.com.

Delivery time for a package up to 2 kg (cheaper rate) is 6 to 12 working days added to the number of days indicated for the product. Due to Corona, however, this may also be subject to developments in the delivery service for longer. (this cheaper option is not available for Curaçao, Bonaire and Sint Maarten)
For a package more than 2 kg, the delivery time for the countries below is the same as the stated standard delivery time for the product (as valid for the Netherlands and Belgium). You always receive a track & trace.
