Shipping and returns
>I don’t want my neighbors to know that I am a member of SDC. Are the items packaged discreetly?
Yes, no one can tell from the outside of the box that you have bought something from our webshop. It will be packaged discreetly.
>When can I expect my package?
The delivery times for the Netherlands and Belgium are indicated per product. For non-personalized products this is usually 3 working days, for personalized products 10 working days. If you place an order with items of different delivery times, the longest delivery time will be used for the entire order.
Our delivery times are of course subject to delays caused by, for example, busy at PostNL or other parcel services / couriers. Click here for all delivery times
>Wrong size, what now?
This can of course happen. You can register the article by e-mail as a return and as indicated at returns return. Then you order the correct size again via the webshop.
Note: this does not apply to articles personalized with a (profile) name.
>I am not satisfied with the product, can I return it?
If you are not satisfied, you can report this to us by e-mail. Clearly state the good reason for not being satisfied. After consultation, we will or may not approve the return of the product. You can find more information about returns here .
>Which products cannot I return?
Products personalized with your name or profile name cannot be returned. In addition, this also applies to sex toys, condoms, lubricant, massage oil and bdsm products of which the packaging has been opened or the seal or sealing is broken.
It is not possible to return used products. Detailed information about this can be found under return.
>I don’t live in the Netherlands, can I still order?
We ship worldwide, click here to see which countries we already ship to.
Please feel free to contact us if your country is not listed, but you would like to order something.
Our aim is to ship worldwide soon. We will keep you informed of this via our SDC Community and Instagram.
>What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the country of destination and the weight of the package. If you have your items in the shopping cart, you can view your shipping costs there before actually ordering.
>Can I also come try it on or pick it up?
We do not have a showroom or fitting rooms. It is therefore not possible to fit or collect.
Product offer
>Are there any new products coming?
Yes, we are continuously expanding our product line. Follow our SDC community and / or our Instagram to keep up to date with new products.
>Can I pass on my idea for a new product to you?
Hell yes! Let us know via email, our SDC profile, the community or Instagram. The more responses we get, the better we know what to include in our collection.
>Do you also distribute this merchandise for free at events?
We do not distribute most products for free. We will only distribute our standard merchandise under ‘promo’ in limited sizes at events.
>I would like to have my own design cards printed, is that possible?
This is possible in consultation, provided the design meets the requirements for printing specified by us. Please contact us personally for this.
>I would like to have a unique design card printed, but I don’t have a program to design it myself. Can you do this?
Our design department can custom design tickets for an additional cost. Please contact us personally for this.
>Is this the official SDC webshop?
Yes, this is the one and only SDC webshop with 100% official merchandise.
